Reiki Master

Welcome! I’m Emily Wareing, the founder of Coastal Reiki. My mission is to create a calm, healing space where clients can release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves.

With a background in mental health therapy, I found there was often a gap in helping clients fully balance the mind–body connection, as much of that connection lives beneath the surface. In my own wellness journey, I discovered the power of Reiki to turn inward and break through dysfunctional, conditioned patterns that hold us back. Inspired by this transformation, I wanted to share Reiki’s healing potential with others.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Richmond and a Master’s degree from Wake Forest University, and I bring both a strong academic foundation and compassionate approach to my Reiki practice. Today, I’m a certified Reiki practitioner dedicated to helping others experience renewal and balance.
